This policy explains what information is collected through jedbertola.com, why it is requested, and the choices available to you.
The property brief is designed to collect only enough information to understand your enquiry and reply usefully. Optional questions can be skipped.
Who is responsible
Jed Bertola is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, email jed@bond-uae.com.
What is collected
When you send a property brief or email, the information may include:
- Your name and email address.
- An optional phone number and preferred contact method.
- Your property goal, timing, budget, preferred area, property details and notes you choose to provide.
- Basic technical and security information processed by the website platform, such as browser, device and network information.
Please do not submit passport details, payment information or other sensitive documents through the property brief.
How the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, prepare relevant property or area context, arrange a conversation when requested, maintain necessary business records, prevent abuse and keep the website secure.
Your property brief is not used to add you to an unrelated marketing list. If marketing communication is introduced later, it will use a separate choice.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress.com and Jetpack may use cookies or similar technology for essential operation, security, administration and performance. This site does not currently use Microsoft Clarity.
A consent-ready foundation is being maintained for future optional analytics or marketing tools. If a non-essential tracking service is introduced, the privacy information and consent controls should be updated before it is activated.
Retention, location and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, continue the property conversation, meet record-keeping duties or resolve disputes. It is then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Website and email providers may process information in countries outside the UAE. Reasonable provider, access and security measures are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what information is held about you, request a correction, ask for deletion or restriction where applicable, or withdraw consent for future contact. Email jed@bond-uae.com with enough detail to identify your enquiry.
Where identity needs to be verified before a request is completed, only proportionate information will be requested.
